Il Concorso ʺI giovani e le scienzeʺ, che la FAST organizza come tappa italiana del Concorso europeo EUCYS per gli studenti, sponsorizzato anche dalla Fondazione Salvetti, si svolgerà quest’anno con le modalità telematiche a causa della pandemia in corso.
Le iscrizioni dei candidati sono chiuse, dopo l’arrivo di numerosi e interessanti progetti di analisi e realizzazione tecnica. La Giuria è al lavoro per valutare i finalisti che, oltre a presentare il loro progetto, dovranno illustrarlo con un breve filmato.
Il programma preliminare prevede quattro videoconferenze aperte al pubblico per illustrare i progetti e premiare i vincitori: 30 marzo, 8-9-12 aprile. Ogni sessione avrà un numero selezionato di premiazioni e sarà accompagnato da una lezione magistrale a cura di docenti, toccando i temi dello sviluppo tecnologico sostenibile, della ricerca spaziale, dell’ecologia ambientale. The “Young Scientists 2020″ competition, which FAST organizes as an Italian stage of the EUCYS European competition for students, also sponsored by the Salvetti Foundation, will take place this year using telematic methods due to the current pandemic.
Candidate registrations are closed, after the arrival of numerous and interesting projects of analysis and technical implementation. The Jury is working to evaluate the finalists who, in addition to presenting their project, will have to illustrate it with a short film.
The preliminary program includes four videoconferences open to the public to illustrate the projects and award the winners: 30 March, 8-9-12 April. Each session will have a selected number of awards and will be accompanied by a lecture by teachers, touching on the themes of sustainable technological development, space research, environmental ecology.
