\nIl vincitore ricever\u00e0: un contributo economico di \u20ac 1.000,00, la targa di riconoscimento ufficiale, il titolo di vincitore del \u201cA.I.MAN. \nA.I.MAN.<\/strong><\/span><\/span> Maintenance Manager Award \u2013 Announcement 2025<\/strong>
\nThe Italian Maintenance Association (A.I.MAN.) is promoting the 2025 A.I.MAN.<\/span><\/span> Maintenance Manager Award, an annual recognition for professionals who have distinguished themselves through excellence, innovation, and significant contributions to the maintenance sector.<\/span><\/span> The winner will receive: a \u20ac1,000.00 grant, an official recognition plaque, the title of \"A.I.MAN. Maintenance Manager Award winner,\" a one-year free membership to the A.I.MAN. Association, visibility on the website, institutional social media channels, and the Manutenzione & Asset Management magazine.<\/span><\/span> The award is presented with the support of the Salvetti Foundation.<\/span><\/span> The jury for the award is composed of experts from the technical and scientific community.<\/span><\/span> The A.I.MAN.<\/span><\/span> President chairs the jury and, together with it, selects the winner.<\/span><\/span> The official award ceremony will take place during MAST, scheduled at SET \u2013 Scalo Eventi Torino, on November 25, 2025. \nA.I.MAN<\/b>. Lab <\/b>Days<\/b> 2025
\n<\/b>Contenuti, partecipazione, networking e innovazione: sono solo alcuni dei concetti che hanno reso di grande successo gli A.I.MAN. Lab Days, tenutisi il 9 e 10 Settembre presso il Labirinto della Masone a Fontanellato, in provincia di Parma. Due giornate ad invito, riservate al top dei settori Oil&Gas \/ Petrolchimico il primo giorno e Food & Beverage il secondo.\u00a0 Le due giornate hanno registrato una partecipazione di altissimo profilo, con oltre 40 professionisti di aziende leader in ambito petrolchimico e altrettanti in rappresentanza del meglio nel mondo Food & Beverage in Italia. I tavoli di lavoro sono stati caratterizzati da un networking intenso e qualificato, che ha favorito la nascita di idee innovative e best practice attualizzabili.\u00a0
\nNel settore Oil&Gas \/ Petrolchimico sono state affrontate le sfide legate all\u2019implementazione dell\u2019intelligenza artificiale nei processi di manutenzione, mentre nel settore Food & Beverage le aziende partecipanti hanno definito linee guida e BAT (Best Available Techniques) specifiche per il comparto alimentare in otto differenti declinazioni.
\nLe discussioni e i contributi raccolti durante i laboratori hanno prodotto spunti rilevanti che ora verranno elaborati e presentati come Position Paper a MAST, il 25 Novembre, presso lo Scalo Eventi Torino.

\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>A.I.MAN.<\/span><\/span> <\/strong>Lab Days 2025<\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Content, participation, networking, and innovation: these are just some of the concepts that made the A.I.MAN.<\/span><\/span> Lab Days so successful, held on September 9th and 10th at the Labirinto della Masone in Fontanellato, in the province of Parma.<\/span><\/span> The two-day event, held by invitation only, focused on top professionals in the Oil & Gas \/ Petrochemicals sectors on the first day and Food & Beverage on the second.<\/span><\/span> The two days saw a high-profile participation, with over 40 professionals from leading petrochemical companies and an equal number representing the best of the Italian Food & Beverage industry.<\/span><\/span> The working groups were characterized by intense and qualified networking, which fostered the emergence of innovative ideas and implementable best practices.<\/span><\/span>
\nIn the Oil & Gas \/ Petrochemical sector, the challenges related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in maintenance processes were addressed, while in the Food & Beverage sector, participating companies defined specific guidelines and BATs (Best Available Techniques) for the food sector in eight different forms.<\/span><\/span>
\nThe discussions and contributions gathered during the workshops produced significant insights that will now be developed and presented as a Position Paper at MAST, on November 25th, at the Scalo Eventi Torino.<\/span><\/span>
\n\"The Lab Days leave us an important legacy,\" stated President Giorgio Beato<\/strong> at the end of the two-day event. \"As A.I.MAN., we have an obligation to make the most of all the networking, sharing, and ideas that emerged because the quality was truly remarkable. It's moments like these that make us rethink our goal, to be the constant point of reference for maintenance. \nSiamo nel futuro?!
\n<\/b>A.I.MAN. (Associazione Italiana Manutenzione) ha dato il via al suo biennio di attivit\u00e0 con il classico \u201cOpening Day\u201d, quest\u2019anno intitolato \u201cManutenzione: siamo nel futuro?!\u201d<\/strong>. L\u2019evento, a partecipazione su invito esclusivo, si \u00e8 tenuto gioved\u00ec 20 marzo 2025 presso Casa Martini a Pessione (TO), con la visita allo stabilimento produttivo Martini & Rossi, per tutti i partecipanti, a chiudere la giornata.
\n<\/span>L\u2019Opening Day ha fatto registrare il tutto esaurito, con la partecipazione di 100 esperti del network associativo, rappresentanti di aziende leader e professionisti della manutenzione, per un confronto a 360\u00b0 sul futuro della manutenzione e il suo impatto sulla competitivit\u00e0 dell\u2019industria.

\nL\u2019Opening Day ha mantenuto la sua classica struttura: con la moderazione di Cristian Son<\/strong>, Resp. Relazioni Esterne A.I.MAN., l\u2019agenda ha visto interventi di aziende fornitrici di servizi e prodotti per la manutenzione, di end user che hanno portato il proprio use case e di annunci legati a prossime attivit\u00e0 associative. Giorgio Beato<\/strong>, Presidente A.I.MAN., ha aperto la giornata con importanti riflessioni sul ruolo della Manutenzione, ed \u00e8 intervenuto in tutti i momenti istituzionali dell\u2019evento. Partendo da quest\u2019ultimo aspetto, i focus sono stati i seguenti: -La presentazione ufficiale dell\u2019A.I.MAN. \nGli interventi tecnici<\/span>
\nL\u2019evento ha visto contributi di altissimo valore portati da Giorgio Castagnotti<\/strong> e Luca Castellino<\/strong> (Martini & Rossi), che hanno aperto le porte dello stabilimento anche con il loro racconto a inizio lavori, da Andrea Bottazzi<\/strong> (TPER), volutamente provocatorio e stimolante sulla conoscenza e la coscienza nelle organizzazioni, da Fabio Fresi<\/strong> (Humanitas), sull\u2019evoluzione del ruolo del manutentore, e da Antonino Sannolo<\/strong> (CVA) sul ruolo della manutenzione stessa negli impianti.
\nAd arricchire la mattina gli interventi di Hydac e Schneider Electric, sponsor dell\u2019evento insieme a Savino Barbera, con SKF nel ruolo di Main Sponsor.
\nIl futuro \u00e8 ora<\/span>
\nL\u2019evento aveva volutamente un titolo che lasciava spazio ad un quesito su quanto siamo realmente nel futuro della manutenzione. Hanno portato il loro contributo da remoto Giovanni Cardillo Ciccione<\/strong> (Leonardo) e Michele Tosato<\/strong> (Menz & Gasser). Mentre in presenza, una delegazione dell\u2019Istituto Bertarelli-Ferraris, capitanata da Chiara Tondini<\/strong>, studentessa del Corso in Manutenzione & Assistenza Tecnica, a sottolineare come la formazione sia importante nella manutenzione, il cui futuro parte proprio da questa base. E dall\u2019oggi.
\nLa giornata si \u00e8 conclusa con il business lunch presso Casa Martini e la visita allo stabilimento Martini & Rossi, una vera eccellenza internazionale che ha riscosso grandissimo interesse da parte di tutti i partecipanti. \nAre we in the future?!
\n<\/strong>A.I.MAN. (Italian Maintenance Association) kicked off its two-year period of activity with the classic \u201cOpening Day\u201d, this year entitled \u201cMaintenance: are we in the future?!\u201d<\/strong>. The event, by exclusive invitation, was held on Thursday 20 March 2025 at Casa Martini in Pessione (TO), with a visit to the Martini & Rossi production plant, for all participants, to close the day.<\/span>
\nThe Opening Day was sold out, with the participation of 100 experts from the association network, representatives of leading companies and maintenance professionals, for a 360\u00b0 discussion on the future of maintenance and its impact on the competitiveness of the industry.<\/span>
\nKey moments
\n<\/span>The Opening Day maintained its classic structure: moderated by Cristian Son<\/strong>, Head of External Relations A.I.MAN., the agenda included speeches by companies providing services and products for maintenance, end users who brought their use case and announcements related to upcoming association activities. Giorgio Beato<\/strong>, President A.I.MAN., opened the day with important reflections on the role of Maintenance, and spoke at all the institutional moments of the event. Starting from this last aspect, the focuses were the following: The official presentation of the A.I.MAN. Lab Observatory which in 2025 will work on Maintenance & Sustainability through working groups led by Gioacchino Mugnieco<\/strong> (Sonatrach Raffineria Italiana) in a team with Gabriele Guzzetti<\/strong> (Galbusera), Stefano Dolci<\/strong> (Autostrade per l\u2019Italia), Andrea Canale<\/strong> (Crocco) and Alberto Fassio<\/strong> (RaiWay). Together with them, with the aim of producing the guidelines on the pairing, the Premium Partners Camozzi Automation, Ricam Group, Schaeffler and SKF, who intervened during the day. -The launch of the first A.I.MAN. \nTechnical interventions
\n<\/span>The event saw contributions of the highest value brought by Giorgio Castagnotti<\/strong> and Luca Castellino<\/strong> (Martini & Rossi), who opened the doors of the plant also with their story at the beginning of the works, by Andrea Bottazzi<\/strong> (TPER), deliberately provocative and stimulating on knowledge and awareness in organizations, by Fabio Fresi<\/strong> (Humanitas), on the evolution of the role of the maintenance technician, and by Antonino Sannolo<\/strong> (CVA) on the role of maintenance itself in the plants. The morning was enriched by the interventions of Hydac and Schneider Electric, sponsors of the event together with Savino Barbera, with SKF in the role of Main Sponsor.<\/span>
\nThe future is now
\n<\/span>The event had a title that deliberately left room for a question on how far we really are in the future of maintenance. Giovanni Cardillo Ciccione<\/strong> (Leonardo) and Michele Tosato<\/strong> (Menz & Gasser) brought their contribution remotely. While in attendance, a delegation from the Bertarelli-Ferraris Institute, led by Chiara Tondini,<\/strong> a student of the Course in Maintenance & Technical Assistance, to underline how training is important in maintenance, whose future starts from this very basis. And from today.<\/span>
\nThe day ended with a business lunch at Casa Martini and a visit to the Martini & Rossi factory, a true international excellence that attracted great interest from all participants. \n<\/b>L\u2019Ing. Giorgio Beato \u00e8 il nuovo Presidente A.I.MAN., Associazione Italiana Manutenzione. Beato, classe 1978, \u00e8 Head of Engineering South Europe and Service Italy di SKF. Laureato al Politecnico di Torino in Ingegneria Meccanica e in ingegneria della logistica e della produzione, \u00e8 in SKF dal 2004. Negli anni ha sviluppato numerose esperienze di Ingegneria di Manutenzione lavorando con clienti appartenenti ai principali segmenti industriali (food & beverage, metallo, carta, chimico, petrolchimico, navale), \u00e8 inoltre docente di corsi di formazione sia per SKF sia per il Competence Center (CIM4.0) dove \u00e8 il referente per il modulo di manutenzione predittiva. Relatore a molteplici convegni inerenti ai temi della manutenzione 4.0 e a quelli sulla trasformazione digitale della manutenzione.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

\nThe Eng. Giorgio Beato is the new President of A.I.MAN., the Italian Maintenance Association. M. Beato, born in 1978, is Head of Engineering South Europe and Service Italy at SKF. Graduated from the Polytechnic of Turin in Mechanical Engineering and in logistics and production engineering, he has been with SKF since 2004. Over the years he has developed numerous experiences in Maintenance Engineering working with customers belonging to the main industrial segments (food & beverage, metal, paper, chemical, petrochemical, naval), he is also a teacher of training courses both for SKF and for the Competence Center (CIM4.0) where he is the contact person for the predictive maintenance module. Speaker at multiple conferences relating to the topics of maintenance 4.0 and those on the digital transformation of maintenance.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

\n<\/b>Three years after the Turin edition, the\u00a0A.I.MAN. was back in attendance for a truly special edition, number 30. The venue for this prestigious event was the\u00a0Museo Nicolis, in Villafranca di Verona, where over 200 maintenance professionals in Italy had the opportunity to listen to contributions of the highest quality.
\nAt the end of the works, the long-awaited Awards Ceremony of the Italian Maintenance Manager Award<\/u>, supported by the Salvetti<\/b> Foundation<\/b>: for the first time there were 3 winners. \nLa Giuria del Premio \u00e8 costituita da due esperti della comunit\u00e0 tecnica e due esperti della comunit\u00e0 scientifica, con delega per la proposta del candidato al Premio. Il Presidente A.I.MAN. agisce da chairman della Giuria, proponendo al Consiglio Direttivo dell\u2019Associazione la candidatura al Premio per la ratifica finale.
\nIl vincitore sar\u00e0 premiato nel corso del 4\u00b0 Convegno dell\u2019Osservatorio Italiano della Manutenzione 4.0, in programma a Novembre 2020. L\u2019evento sar\u00e0 l\u2019occasione per una presentazione da parte del premiando con l\u2019obiettivo di illustrare la propria vision sulla strategia di manutenzione e sulle sfide future per lo sviluppo della professione. Il vincitore ricever\u00e0 il Premio denominato \u00abItalian Maintenance Manager Award\u00bb e il corrispondente contributo con il supporto della Salvetti Foundation per finanziare la propria partecipazione al prossimo EuroMaintenance Congress 20121 (https:\/\/euromaintenance.net<\/a>), programmato a Rotterdam dal 29 al 31 marzo 2021 dalla EFNMS (European <\/b>Federation of National Maintenance <\/b>Societies)<\/b>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

\nItalian <\/b>Maintenance Manager Award <\/b>- First edition
\nThe Italian Maintenance Manager Award is a prize established by the A.I.MAN. - Italian Maintenance Association<\/b>, with the aim of recognizing excellent results achieved in the role of Maintenance Manager, and is sponsored by the Salvetti<\/b> Foundation<\/b>. The Award is intended for individuals who can demonstrate the achievement of innovative projects and excellent performance, thanks to the introduction of new solutions as regards management, organization, technique and\/or maintenance technologies in companies where are found to operate in their professional life.
\nAll details on the procedure, organization and useful information regarding the award ceremony are on the website http:\/\/<\/a>www.aiman.com\/news\/span-style-colorf80000breaking-news-nasce-litalian-maintenance-manager-award-spa<\/a>. The application for the Award can be submitted by sending the required documentation to aiman@aiman.com<\/a>. The deadline for submitting applications is September 7, 2020.
\nThe Jury of the Prize is made up of two experts from the technical community and two experts from the scientific community, with delegation for the proposal of the candidate for the Prize. The President A.I.MAN. acts as chairman of the Jury, proposing the nomination for the Final Ratification Award to the Board of Directors of the Association.
\nThe winner will be awarded during the 4th Conference of the Italian Maintenance Observatory 4.0, scheduled for November 2020. The event will be an opportunity for a presentation by the rewarding with the aim of illustrating his vision on the strategy of maintenance and future challenges for the development of the profession.
