Mentre si prepara l’edizione 2022 de ‘I giovani e le scienze’, in programma il 9-11 aprile presso la FAST a Milano, alcuni vincitori dell’edizione 2021 sono stati ospiti a Dubai all’ESA 2022-MILSET EXPO SCIENCES ASIA. Erano presenti 41 associazioni di 29 Paesi, 450 tra ragazze e ragazzi, più di 250 progetti. La FAST (Federazione delle associazioni scientifiche e tecniche) che ha organizzato la selezione annuale 2021 per EUCYS-European Union Contest for Young Scientists con il supporto della Fondazione Salvetti, ha portato dall’Italia la delegazione più numerosa: 18 studenti con 9 progetti accompagnati da 6 docenti di 5 scuole di Piemonte, Lombardia e Marche, guidati da Alberto Pieri, Segretario generale della FAST. I giovani italiani hanno potuto spiegare le loro idee innovative, condividendole con coetanei provenienti da 4 continenti (Europa, Asia, Africa e America); oltre ad aver esposto i loro progetti, sono intervenuti a esclusivi seminari scientifici anche nel settore aerospaziale. Nonostante i venti di guerra tutti vogliono costruire il loro avvenire di pace e di scienza.

Excellent young people anticipate the future.
While preparing the 2022 edition of ‘Young Scientists’, scheduled for 9-11 April at the FAST in Milan, some winners of the 2021 edition were guests in Dubai at ESA 2022-MILSET EXPO SCIENCES ASIA. There were 41 associations from 29 countries, 450 between girls and boys, more than 250 projects. The FAST (Federation of Scientific and Technical Associations) which organized the 2021 annual selection for EUCYS-European Union Contest for Young Scientists with the support of the Salvetti Foundation, brought the largest delegation from Italy: 18 students with 9 projects accompanied by 6 teachers from 5 schools in Piedmont, Lombardy and Marche, led by Alberto Pieri, Secretary General of FAST. Young Italians were able to explain their innovative ideas, sharing them with peers from 4 continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and America); in addition to exhibiting their projects, they also participated in exclusive scientific seminars in the aerospace sector. Despite the winds of war, everyone wants to build their future of peace and science.
